In order for your Product and Shop Ads to be displayed on Shopee Platform, you will need to ensure that you have topped up sufficient ads credit to run your ads. Do note that:
Shopee has 3 types of ads credit: general free credits, 1:1 free credits and paid credits. Shopee system will deduct ads credit in the following sequence:
1st General Ads Credit
2nd 1:1 Free Ads Credit
3rd Paid Ads Credit
[Notice] Unfinished credits lock subsequent ones. If 1:1 Free Credit is paused due to insufficient Paid Balance, all subsequent credits (including General Free credit) are locked until cash is topped up.
You can find the Free Ads Credit History from Shopee Ads > My Account. Consumption Type could refer to the detailed credit type consumed.
Question1: Can I choose which credit to consume first in my ads account?
Answer: No, platform will deduct the credit automatically based on credit priority.
Question2: I find that there are still free credits left in my account, but why could I not use it?
Answer: Since unfinished credit packages lock subsequent ones, you need to consume all credits in one package to be able to use the next.
Question3: There is still enough balance in my account, why can't I use it?
Answer: You can check your account credit balance to see if there is enough paid credit. If a 1:1 Free Credit is paused due to insufficient Paid Balance, all subsequent grants (including General Free Credit) are locked until cash is topped up.
Question4: Can I use the 1:1 free credit in Shopee APP?
