The Ads Diagnosis Module is a feature designed to empower you with smarter insights and actionable recommendations to optimize your Ads performance. It focuses on critical delivery issues and opportunities for improvement, helping you quickly identify problems, understand their root causes, and take corrective actions—all in one convenient place.
This module simplifies your ad management by:
The diagnosis in your Ads List is broken down into three easy-to-understand parts: Health Status, Issue Summary, and Suggestions.
The Ads Detail Page provides comprehensive information through specific Diagnosis Modules and clear Actionable Suggestions.
🟩 "Good" means there is no urgent issue for the Ad.
🟨 "Fair" means the ad is running okay but has room to improve with 1 or more yellow issues.
🟥 "Poor" means the Ad has more than 1 severe problem and needs immediate action to fix the issue.
Our system analyzes your ad performance daily using key metrics like budget, traffic, conversions, and your balance.
Ads with no active days in the last 14 days (e.g., paused or deleted ads), and Manual* bidding campaigns and auto-boost product ads will not trigger a diagnosis.
* Manual Bidding is only available to Mall sellers.
Red lights: Triggered when your Ads are currently interrupted or are very likely to be interrupted soon, requiring immediate action to resume delivery.
Yellow lights: Triggered for suboptimal performance or as preventive measures. Ads will continue running, but we suggest proactive optimizations to improve performance.
