How to Top up And Use Ad Credits To Advertise?

Last updated: 9 January 2024

In order for your Product and Shop Ads to be displayed on Shopee Platform, you will need to ensure that you have topped up sufficient ads credit to run your ads. Do note that:

  1. You will only be charged from your ads credit when shoppers click on your Product and Shop Ads
  2. All your Product and Shop Ads will stop running when you have used up your ads credit
  3. Ads credit top ups are non-refundable
  4. Different types of ads credit will have different expiry dates
  5. You cannot use ads credit to pay for Display Ads. Instructions for Display Ads payment will be provided separately in the Display Ads invoices emailed to you.

Will ads credit that expire be deducted first?

Shopee system will deduct ads credit in the following sequence:

1. Ads credit with expiry date (starting with earliest expiry date)
