Auto Shop Ads uses Shopee’s algorithm to decide which keywords to bid for, and what bid prices to set. These inputs are adjusted and optimised in real-time to help you achieve a healthy Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), within your budget.
From the Shopee Ads homepage on Seller Centre:
No, the “Auto Mode” option for Shop Search Ads is currently only available on Seller Centre. You can only create and view your Auto Shop Ad via Seller Centre.
You can only have one Auto Shop Ad running at any point of time.
Yes, you can have an Auto Shop Ad running at the same time as your existing Shop Search Ads. If both types of Shop Ads bid for the same keywords, you will only be charged once.
Your Auto Shop Ad will be displayed in the first row under the “All Ads List” on the Shopee Ads homepage. Clicking on it will bring you to the Ad Details page, where you can find all the key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions and ROAS.
