From 12/02/20, when you restock your product, your ad will automatically resume. This will save time and ensure you don't miss out on sale opportunities!

What happens currently:

1. When the product you are advertising runs out of stock, we will automatically pause your ad. This prevents you from being charged for ad clicks when you have no stock
2. When you have restocked, you have to resume each ad for it to be displayed

What happens when the new feature is released:

1. When your product runs out of stock, we will hide it from buyers
2. On Seller Centre, your ad will appear as "Ongoing" but will have no impressions and clicks during the stock-out period
3. You will not be charged for ad clicks as your ad cannot be seen
4. When you restock your product, your ad will automatically start showing again
