How to Use Ads

1. In the Shopee app, tap the Shopee Video tab located at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap the 🧑‍ icon in the top left corner of the page.
3. Tap Creator Center > Video Tab > Video Ads.
4. On the Shopee Video Ads page, tap Top Up on the right side of Ads Credit.

1. Select your top-up option:

a. Auto Top-Up: To ensure you always have ad credits, you can opt to automatically top up when the balance falls below your specified amount. When you select Auto Top-Up, you can customize the following:

1. When Balance Falls Below (₱5 to ₱500)
2. Top Up Amount (between ₱50 and ₱1,000)
3. Daily Cap (optional, between ₱50 and ₱1,000)
4. Note:
5. This is the maximum amount you can top up via Auto Top-Up per day. You can still top up using other methods once the daily Auto Top-Up limit is reached.
6. If no value is entered, no daily cap will be set.

b. One-Time Top-Up (₱): Ad credits will be topped up manually. You can choose from the following increments:

1. 100; 200; 500; 1,000; 2,000; 5,000; 10,000; 20,000; 50,000; 100,000
2. Set an amount (Enter a minimum amount of ₱1)If you have a Shopee Ads voucher, enter the code and tap Apply.
3. Note:
4. For discounted ad credit, make sure to check the expiry date.
5. Non-discounted top-up amounts do not have an expiry date.

1. Click on Top Up.

1. Tap Select Payment Method.

Select from the following payment options:

1. ShopeePay
2. Payment Center/eWallet
3. Online Payment
4. Over-the-counter
5. Credit/Debit Card
6. Shopee Wallet (for seller affiliates)

1. Tap Confirm.
2. Review your payment details and then tap Pay Now.
3. You will be redirected to the 'Payment Successful' page.
4. Note: Your top-up will be credited to your account within 24 hours.
