We’re excited to introduce a new enhancement in the Ads Rewards Centre that allows you to easily monitor your progress and claim rewards upon achieving your mission objectives, such as increasing your spending or adopting GMV Max ads.

Eligible sellers enrolled will be able to see the ad rewards program in their Shopee Ads homepage.

How the New Feature Works

Track Your Missions

With the new live-time tracking feature in the Ads Rewards Centre, you can:

1. Monitor Your Progress: Stay on track of your reward program progress based on the requirements set out. They were be program rules
2. Stay updated of Program Validity period: Get updated on the time validity of your mission. Once you meet the requirements of the reward program, you will be eligible to “Claim” your rewards 1 day after the program end date

Claim Your Rewards

Once you meet your reward program requirements, simply follow the prompts in the Ads Rewards Centre to claim your reward.

1. You have to “Claim” your rewards by the claim end date stated in the reward card. Once past the claimable date, the reward cannot be claimed anymore.

1. Once the reward has been claimed, the free credits will be credited under “My account” > “Ads Credit Balance”

1. Track your “Free Ads Credit History” and usage validity period under “My Account”

GMV Max Incentive Programs Available

The GMV Max Incentive Programs offers three key types of objectives for sellers:

1. Drive GMV Max Ad Adoption: For sellers who have yet to adopt GMV Max ads, this mission encourages you to start utilizing this powerful advertising tool.
2. Increase GMV Max Ad Spend: This mission targets sellers already using GMV Max ads, motivating you to boost your spending for greater visibility and sales. Free credits are awarded based on a percentage of your total spend or as a fixed cashback amount.
